Because of the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and make your piece truly one-of-a-kind. While we encourage mindful purchasing and do not offer returns for a simple "change of mind," your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Conditions for Return
We stand by the quality of our products. We will gladly accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following:
- The products must be unused, unwashed, and without any stains.
- The original packaging of the product must not be damaged.
- Any tags or quality check seals must remain non-tampered.
How to Report an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

- Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.
- Helpful Tip: While not strictly mandatory, providing an unboxing video of the sealed package greatly helps us process your claim quickly!
The turnaround time for processing returns is within 10 business days from the date of the request.
Return Pick-ups
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure that all returned items are packed securely in original packaging to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The pick-up delivery personnel will do a basic quality check of the product.
- If the quality check fails, the delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse the pick-up.
Claiming Refunds & Cancellations
Upon receiving the item back at our workspace and passing the final quality check, we will process your resolution:
Refund Method: We will provide a refund to the original mode of payment.
Timeline: Banks normally take up to 7 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
Shipping Charges: There shall be no refund of the amount charged towards the shipping of the products.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: In the event an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the prepaid amount shall be refunded to the original payment method.
Store Credit/Exchange: If you prefer, we can immediately ship a replacement piece (subject to availability) or issue store credit valid for 1 year.
