Shipping Policy

We at Bhuvah Crafted Living are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures safely to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer Complimentary (Free) Pan-India Shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Note: We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 days depending on your pin code.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp.

4. Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

 If our courier partner attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they will attempt 2 more times. If the parcel returns to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will apply.

5. International Shipping & Contact
